My Spirit is Forceful Energy

My Spirit is forceful energy that speeds
my body ~ the boat;
my clothes ~ the sails;
and myself ~ the Captain,
sailing in high seas and low seas.
Steady on course
to the realm of enlightment
where all is
“Steady As You Go.”
